Joshi Age - 89, Well known Author, Critic, Educationist, who is closely related to Shikshan Prasarak Mandali, (a parent body of Tilak College of Education) Doctor N M Joshi, is an alumnus of Sir Parshuram Bhau College and Tilak College of Education, completed his undergraduate and postgraduate from S. P. and Tilak college.

Current position : Assistant teacher and coordinator of Science for grade 5. Working with Rustomjee Cambridge International School, dahisar, Mumbai Dance teacher for grade 5.
How did TCE prepared you : It not only prepared me curriculum wise but also showed the trust in making me the CR of my batch for English medium. It not only boosted my confidence but imbibed in me the sense of responsibility and sense of organization. Even though taking a gap of 8 years due to personal reasons after working with Sahyadri National school Warje Pune as a coordinator for primary section. I easily made upto my new job due to my resume and my abilities which I got through this institution. I have few achievements should I mention that I was winner of Unimo Universe of Mom's Dance competition, Mumbai and Natyasudha Super Mom's 2021 dance competition as well.
Advice for current student : Live your dreams and soar high. The key to success is having confidence in what you do and trying hard to achieve it . If u have a passion, persue it with your career because I believe that live life in a way which gives you happiness and satisfaction.

Myself Manisha Ugale/Waje. One of the proud Tilakians from the batch 2007-2008 Currently working in New Horizon Public School, Airoli, Navi Mumbai as a Middle SchoolCoordinator. After completing my B. Ed from Tilak College of Education. I have beenselected in the campus interview as a Chemistry Teacher for SN Kansagara School (ICSE) inRajkot, Gujarat. This is where my journey as an Educator started in one of the mostrenowned schools in Rajkot. Where I worked with some of my B.Ed college batch mates (Girish Rao and Naina Jadhav). The Learning experience that I earned from Tilak Collegehelped me a lot to start my Educator journey as a fresher. I worked there for one year and after that got shifted to Mumbai and worked at Billabong International School (ICSE) for another year. After that, I joined New Horizon Public School, Navi Mumbai where initially I worked as a primary Science teacher, then was promoted to the Secondary section as a Chemistry teacher for grades 8th and 9th. In this school, I have gained 13 years of Teaching experience and This year I was promoted to Middle School Coordinator Which is one of the milestones in my journey as an Educator.My leadership journey started at Tilak College itself when I received the BEST STUDENT AWARD. As I reflect backon my journey as a student of this revered B.Ed college. The lessons I learned within these walls have shaped meinto the educator I am today.
